Thank you for submitting an application for the St. Louis Preschool 2025-26 wait pool. The availability of space will be determined in January based upon the re-registration of current students.

All information and forms noted with an asterisk must be submitted for each applicant for an Admissions Packet to be considered complete and placed in the queue for consideration for acceptance. Additional documentation, where applicable, must also be submitted. Applications are considered in the order they are received by priority category.

Acceptable file formats include PDF, .doc, .jpg and .png.

Name each of your files with your child's first initial, last name and name of the document. Example: JSmith_Application, JSmith_Faith, JSmith_BirthCert, JSmith_Baptism, etc.
