Important:

Families must apply through the Diocese of Arlington in addition to completing the St. Louis application with all required documentation. The Diocese of Arlington application is currently open; however, the St. Louis School 2025-2026 application will not be available until November 1st at 12:00 AM. The application packet materials are available now for families to begin gathering their child's information. K-8 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS for the 2025-26 school year.

Complete application packets will only be accepted via our online portal. Applications submitted via mail, email or in-person will be returned.
Completing the Diocese of Arlington application, along with the Saint Louis Catholic School application, is required for the 2025-2026 school year in order to be considered. You can find the link to the Diocesan application here.
Download, print, and fill out the 2025-2026 Application for Admissions. Please remember to include all necessary signatures on pages 3 and 4. Applications missing signatures will not be considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be placed in the wait pool for consideration for acceptance until all missing information is received.
Prospective families who wish to be considered for St. Louis parishioner application priority (deadline December 2nd), or the Catholic application priority and tuition are required to have a representative from their parish sign page 5 of the application, the Parish Acknowledgement Form. Catholic applicants who submit this form unsigned will be considered non-Catholic for admissions and tuition considerations. Inactive and non-Catholic applicants must fill out this page, but do not need a signature.
***Please note, every parish has its own process for signing the Parish Acknowledgement Form that may take less than a day to a week or more. Families are advised to contact their parish as early as possible to avoid a delay in submitting applications.***
Scan all required documents to upload to our online portal (acceptable file formats are .pdf, .doc., .jpg and .png). Name each of your files with your child's first initial, last name and name of the document. Example: JSmith_Application, JSmith_Faith, JSmith_BirthCert, JSmith_Baptism, etc.
These documents include:
1. The 4-page Application for Admissions
2. The Parish Acknowledgement Form (page 5 of application)
3. Birth Certificate
4. Baptismal Certificate and any other sacramental certificates (Catholic applicants only)
5. Proof of custody or guardianship (if applicable)
6. Proof of Active Duty Military status (if applicable)

Upload your completed application packet and submit the non-refundable $60 application fee (payable by credit or debit card) through the online portal using the link provided by our registrar. If submitting applications for more than 1 child, please do so separately.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

All K-8 Applicants:

We require all local families to attend the October Open House OR schedule a weekday tour (prior to February 3, 2025 for first round of consideration. Please schedule a visit here. (This requirement is waived for current St. Louis School sibling applicants.)
If applicable, provide copies of applicant's IEP, 504 Plan, Student Assistance Plan, Speech and Language Evaluation, Psycho-educational test results, Special Ed Child Study, Special Ed Eligibility Date from base public school and Special Ed Triennial.

Kindergarten and 1st Grade Applicants:

Submit the confidential Prospective Student Evaluation Form Grades K and 1 to the student's current school. This form must be sent directly from the school to St. Louis Catholic School.

1st-8th Grade Applicants:

Submit the Release of Student Records Form to the student's current school. These records should be sent directly from the student's current school to St. Louis Catholic School. Assessments will be scheduled upon receipt of the student's records.

2nd-8th Grade Applicants:

Submit the confidential Prospective Student Evaluation Form Grades 2 - 8 to the student's current school. This form must be sent directly from the school to St. Louis Catholic School.
